Hello family and friends, sorry for not updating last week it was a pretty crazy week and this week started crazy also.

But an update for you at last, last week's chemo (round 2) had me down starting right off rip with being incredibly tired to ending up sick by Wednesday then a rash basically on my entire body by Saturday. Taking care of that was a lot and took most of my energy. I was able to enjoy Sunday with loved ones though and it was a nice positive to a hectic week.

As for round 3 I was not having a good time during chemo. About 10 min into being given my chemo medicine I had a reaction that put a pause on the infusion for a bit while they got me to where I was stable again, I won't get too into detail but I am okay and apparently that happening is normal. They gave me the rest of me chemo for the day and Jonathon drove me home where I spent the majority of the afternoon sleeping. Tuesday I was tired still and achey. Today I'm feeling pretty good other than waking up with a nosebleed and headache, this evening I'm chilling in bed watching TV and hanging out with the cats.

Now for updates in general, there's not really many. My hair is starting to fall out and that sucks alot and I'm definitely having my moments over that but still trying to keep positive and roll with it. I have the updated number of rounds I will be going through before surgery which is 24 rounds. I initially thought it was 22 but I had my numbers off (sorry to everyone who I said 22 to opps) which leaves me with 21 more rounds to go, yay that.

That's about it for now, hopefully I'll be more prompt with posting updates from now on but I make no promises. Just know a post will be made eventually updating as I knock out a new round (or 2) of chemo.

Hello family and friends ♡ sorry in advance for the long post is been a bit crazy the past 2 days. Yesterday was my first round of chemotherapy. I will say it was pretty emotional but I think that's because it was my first round and no amount of preparing will let me know exactly what to expect and the not knowing part really gets to me. I had a private room, I will have a private room every round, with a TV and My nurses were very nice and funny. They also made sure to tell me what they were doing and what everything was as they did their part, I appreciated that A BUNCH. The tv has a a free hdmi port so I can 100% bring my switch dock and do my best to absolutely dominate on mario cart and play some animal crossing on a larger screen. A nap was inevitable because at some point durring the infusion they give me benadryl. So far its a lot of sitting still and waiting while the treatment happens. That could possibly change as time goes on and it builds up in my system. Afterwards we went back home and the hot flashes were so intense but i was able to get to sleep at some point. That was pretty much the gist of yesterday.

As for today it started off good. I woke up and my throat was pretty dry but staying hydrated has helped with that. I felt pretty good and was having a wonderful day untill about 1:30pm ish when I got hit with the nausea, I took a zofran and that helped a bit but as it wears off im feeling it again. Sipping on gingerale between the doses of zofran has been a life saver. Im pretty much taking it day by day as I learn how my body will react to the chemo.

Has it spread anywhere, nope its just in the one spot that I found the lump in. Treatment plan, for now about 6 months of chemotherapy and then surgery if the chemo does its job. How often will I be on chemo, once a week every Monday. When do I start chemo, August 10th.

You will see a few different people posting updates and thats because there will be days that an update has happened and I probably wont have the energy to post. You will see on the main page how I am feeling. I hope that covers everything for now. I love every one of you. Lets go kick cancers ass!
